For your convenience, LiveLoveLife accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex) or Discover via Pay Pal.  Please note that you are not required to have a PayPal account to make a payment.  Making payments through PayPal is safe as it is a secured website.

Shipping

We appreciate your business and want to make sure that we ship your items as soon as possible and with care.  Our preferred carriers are Federal Express (Fed Ex) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Calculation of Shipping Costs

The total shipping costs for all packages are calculated by adding the handling fee to the cost to ship the item.  Note that the handling fee associated with packaging and shipping your item may vary.  The cost of shipping is determined by the shipping company.  Our handling fees range between $2.00 and $10.00.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items.  Depending on the type of item that you purchased, some packaging requirements may be more detailed than other packaging requirements.  Therefore, the handling fee associated with packaging and shipping your item may vary.

Shipping Within the United States

LiveLoveLife only ships items within the United States.  Please allow 2 to 3 days for processing time from the date you receive confirmation of your order.

Refund Policy

We will provide refunds for our stock items.  However, most of our products are ordered for a specific person or occasion in mind.  That is, they are custom made.  For example, our specialty greeting cards almost always include a person’s name.  All custom made orders are final.
