Lala and Carmelo

I really like Carmelo Anthony and Lala together.  As for the wedding details, I like her Vera Wang dress, but I was not that crazy about the make-up or the floral bouquet.  The wedding ceremony, bridal shower and bachelorette party were all taped for a reality TV series.  So I guess we will soon see what thought went in to picking out the dress, the floral bouquet, make-up, the venue and wedding invitations. 

Of course, I am most interested in the wedding invitations!

However, based on the photo, she seems to be doing just fine to me.  She has been eating!  As a matter of fact, what exactly has she been eating??? We have never seen Whitney Houston so plump.  Have we?

Of course other blogs are calling her fat.  I won’t go there.

So much for the theory that blacks will start acting like they have some sense, “now that there’s a black president.” As the old familiar saying goes, “the more things change, the more they stay the same.” I was looking at the photo I posted and couldn’t help but think of all of the positive photos we see of First Lady Michelle Obama and the positive image we have of our president….and how the image here is in absolute total contrast to the images of the Obamas and their children.

I realize that they are young and in Miami to have a good time, but…is it possible to have a good time behind closed doors? I mean, seriously, do they have to put everything out in the public’s view? Just a thought….

Anyway, I’m sure these young ladies make their parents proud! Nice photo. LOL.

He told the Louisiana radio station that he wants “reparations.”  Ha!  Hilarious!!!

There was one positive point in the interview where I felt like he recognized that his behavior was reprehensible and that he basically through his career away over something so silly.  This is what he had to say about both his and his peers’ mistakes.

“We gotta pay more attention to what we doing, ourselves,” he opined.  ”We can’t be foolish, especially when you’re blessed and successful beyond your dreams.  We gotta tighten up.”

Apparently, when he said “we,” he was referring to Lil Wayne and T.I.

Maybe people can change.  In any event, I wish him the best of luck.

I have been thinking.  There is absolutely no incentive for Elin Nordegren to stay with Tiger Woods.   The woman is gorgeous, she has been blessed with two beautiful children and she is free to live the (rich) single life if she chooses to divorce Tiger and take his money.  She’s done well for herself.  She went from nanny to millionaire.  Only in America folks!

Now there is that little four letter word L-O-V-E.  She may truly love Tiger.  Hmmmmmmmmm…doubt it.  She isn’t even wearing her wedding ring anymore.

Tiger and his wife are in marriage counseling.  If they divorce, she stands to gain about 300 million under a revised prenuptial agreement.  This chick went from Nanny to millionaire.  Impressive!!!  No…not really.  I am jealous though.  LOL!

Prior to the accident, by most accounts, Tiger was considered the model family man.  Personally, I still think he is.  I have to hear some very convincing details/evidence to believe that this Rachel chick is Tiger’s mistress.  I’m not buying it?  Are you?
