According to CNN, the little 5 year-old girl who was reported missing in North Carolina may in fact be dead.  Shaniya Davis has been missing for several days.  She was prostituted by her own mother according to police reports.  Many media outlets are now reporting that a reliable source informed police of an area where little Shaniya’s body may have been dumped.

This is just so sad.  This is exactly why the death penalty should exist in every state!

Update:  Little Shaniya Davis was found dead.  Authorities have not released the cause of death.
