Three teens that burned another teen on October 12, 2009 in Deerfield Beach, Florida will be tried as adults. The incident stems from an argument over a $40 video game. Prosecutors will charge Denver Jarvis, Mathew Bent, both 15 years old, as adults. Jesus Mendez, who is 16 years old, will also be tried as an adult. Of course defense attorneys are strongly objecting to the prosecutor’s decision to try the teens as adults.

Personally, I agree with the prosecutor. As a teenager, you are aware of the difference between right and wrong. One of the teens was quoted as saying that he made a “bad decision.” You think?
